Outdoor Projection ScreensASFI has designed and built outdoor projection screens for entertainment facilities such as Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio; Dorney Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri. Our outdoor projection screens offer a unique application for amusement parks. Designed to hold a large piece of architectural fabric under environmental design loads, they use an open web column and beam system that houses the fabric screen in a massive border. This system of triangular beams and columns is a very cost-effective solution compared to straight, heavy tube or pipe. All framework and fabric components used for our outdoor projection screens are similar to those used in our other spaceframe buildings.
