C-130 Hangar: A Fabric Clear Span StructureDeveloped for U.S. Air Force, this fabric clear span structure is used as a hangar for the C-130 aircraft. Located in Boise, Idaho, it is 176 feet wide by 185 feet long with a tension-membrane roof and straight side walls. To direct rain and snow run-off away from the sidewalls of the fabric clear span structure, the roof membrane forms an overhang at the eaves. Featuring galvanized tubular steel, the structure has a clear protective topcoat to prevent rust. And the fire-retardant roof membrane has an acrylic topcoat that protects against ultra violet rays and mildew. Our fabric clear span structures offer ventilation in warm weather as well as insulation from the cold. If you need a creatively designed yet affordable clear span structure, contact us today.
