ASFI Announces New Extended Warranty Plan.

July 31, 2006 Crystal River, FL - American Spaceframe Fabricators International (ASFI) today announced a new, industry-leading extended warranty plan on all structures the company designs and fabricates.

“Most manufacturers of fabric offer a 10- or 15-year, pro-rated warranty on their fabric. The industry practice has been, with in the tensioned fabric structures industry, to pass that warranty along to the customer,” said Craig Anderson, CEO.  “But, today, ASFI is proud to announce that we are taking the lead and offering to our clients an extended warranty plan that covers the fabric for up to 20 years.”

The ASFI warranty now has five years more than the best warranty coverage currently offered in the industry.  The standard warranty plan generally applies a pro-rated coverage formula to their fabric. The plans may start with full coverage for the first year or two, and then provide lesser coverage as time goes on.

ASFI has gone beyond the standard warranty coverage by offering full 100 percent coverage for the first three years, subject to certain conditions, and then extending coverage anywhere from 5 to ten years beyond the standard manufacturers warranty.

“Our warranty is literally the best in the industry,” said Anderson. “We are offering the additional coverage because we believe in our end product.  At ASFI we build more than structures; we build statements!”
