ASFI Appoints New CEO

Crystal River, Florida (March 2, 2005): ASFI, headquartered in Crystal River, Florida, announced today the appointment of Craig Anderson as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.

Mr. Anderson has a long career in the manufacturing industry. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Product Development and Technology at M E International, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to that Mr. Anderson served as VP of Operations for the same company. Mr. Anderson also served as President of Norenco, a non regulated gas and electric services company in Minnesota, and served as a former product development manager for Xcel Energy.

"ASFI is well positioned for new growth opportunities," said Anderson. "Historically, our innovative products served the armed forces industry and enhanced the architectural aesthetics in municipal structures. While we continue to see sustained growth in those applications, we also see significant new opportunities in the commercial market."

Mr. Anderson replaces founder Curt Tomlinson, who will remain as the President of ASFI.
